We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jim Shore collectible; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all figurines and home decor items are returned in their original packaging to maintain their value and prevent damage.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original Jim Shore branded box with all protective foam inserts, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned collectible, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
